To me, the real hero in my eye is my son, whom I admired for courage and his outstanding achievements despite his disabilities and life time challenges! @EvelynK367 the song doesn't make any sense. they're saying that someone who looks after their handicapped kid is a hero - no, that's just normal responsibility that comes with having kids, you never know what you're going to get. then they say that a couple who couldn't have kids adopts one and that makes them heroes - wouldn't it make more sense if they could have kids but they adopted anyways? this couple is only adopting because they couldn't have kids the normal way.

This song makes me cry everytime I hear it. I think of how God has blessed us by calling us to not only adopt our little baby girl but also foster 14 other children. I still dont consider myself a hero!!!

Awesome!!!! The real heroes are the ones you never really regard as heroes. Such as, our moms and dads. Whether biological or adopted(parents) They are heroes nontheless.
