@MarkBH70 I see where you are coming from. They were killing the original Christians because they were the keepers of the truth. I promise you none of the original "Christians" thought Yahoshua was "YHWH". Including the 12 disciples. This is why Rome had to take them out. So they could create a "God man" to line up closer to their Pagan beliefs. This is also why it's in historical record that they tried to burn all the books they didn't want in the Bible, and even some of the original NT
It was showing the differences and how alike that both are to each other to promote an understanding and reconciliation between them and that neither has the correct approach about the divine yet both can be, and are, legitimate expressions of the ever-present Spirit. This is some of what the review says on the back. It defiantly points out how much either can be right or wrong and instead of fighting over who is right they both need to just accept and honor each others way basically
The problem with "Westernized Christianity" is the fact that it all begins with a "God Man" created by Pagan Rome.
