To the people wondering how Billy knew about the MOTHER VIRUS aka Progenitor Virus, its obvious from that remark and flashbacks in Africa that Billy had some involvement with Umbrella and the incident there. Such a shame that Billy wasn't in RE5. It would've made sense to have his character appear there since he knew something.

well i have to say great movie done or game whatever i give it an excellent rating this is how they should make games if your really a fan of resident evil this is how they should make them this is one of the best resident evil games with a story ever like navylaks2 was saying they should make a game where it shows what happen to billy cohen and rebecca after that because billy is a badass character not a faceless one and could have a future on resident evil

For anyone curious about what happened to Billy afterwards; Rebecca reported him dead to the R.P.D and requested a suspention of his case; thus allowing him a chance at freedom. I guess it is safe to assume that Billy currently resides outside of the US and is living a new life. Regardless, Capcom has stated that he did indeed survive past the events of RE 0

No one knows. Capcom has never bothered explaining what happened to him. I guess he changed his name and left the state to start a new life. I Honestly don't know how he would manage to do that. The guy has no money, no car and is in the middle of the forest filled with zombie dogs.

I did a little research on RE wiki and Billy was never mentioned ever again, he is a great character and i wonder about his fate.. Where did he escape in the middle of the forest? Bit of a lackluster end for him somehow.
