  • hi can u upload that song of milan here tum salamat rahoo sang by Bashir Ahmed.

  • @mahmud74 it is already uploaded in audio.

  • Nawab Siraj ud Daula wow :) after long time

  • Oh, that's Anwara, I see -- she too is a true legend of Bangla movies!

  • Oh I like Anwar Hossain-- A true legend!!!

  • My name is nazrul islam, but i am better known as siraj ud dowla among all my friends in ireland and also in greater bangladesh. Siraj-udDowla was a great man and the most honest leader of greater bangladesh of 1750 and that is the greater bangladesh which we want. The present day bangladesh is incomplete and we want west bengal, assam, bihar and other surrounding states of india to become a part of greater bangladesh.

  • expansionism would never bring stability at this age among the humanity. It was possible 100 years ago.everything is under evolution so the people of modern day is not same as before. so yur idea is bloody (war like) and disasterous. the best idea is cooperation, communication, cohertion through free border(like eu) so that continental and same linguistic people can come together and then would be the basis of greater bangladesh in a alternative way.

  • what if hes pro-Taliban Sir :-)

  • i do not understand what yu mean really? but if i guess do yu mean that taliban has so much effect to change the very basis of humanity? peace prosperity etc? Then i would honestly say that if there r any devastative force among the humanity then talibans r least disasterous bcz they r not so ahetful but they r bit fanatic but others r much more hateful.this is my very neutral and honest idea (i guess)anyone has eral argument to oppose me? welcome

  • ooh any way the govt also should never attack swat and around too risking the life of so many refugees, they should had find other way to mange taliban, govt was not sincere too and listen to one of the worlds most devastative criminal force like america who is a disaster to humanity

  • yes i think that sraz ud daula was true patriotic leader for his empire and i like him , but "wanting" offer no soolution "giving" may be.I try to be very much tolerent and a fervent anti war

  • i was kidding man ..dun be serious plz. i said Pro-Taliban in a sense that after our Govt had a peace agreement with them in Swat area , they demanded more and clearly showed their intention to occupy whole country..sort of greater Swat :-) like the boy here wants greater Bangladesh..

however, visaal-e-yaar faqat aarzu ki baat nahi :-)

  • ooh i understand.I ama pure bengaly.lol(i dont understand hindi or urdu at all but i guess i am since learning 8 months from yutube music) i guess i understand sometimes a lot but (visaal e yaar faqat,,-this i did not understand at all(am from holland)

  • I agree it was tough urdu. The translation is "Union with beloved only"

  • thank yu very much for ur real effort to try to explain me the meaning ""visaal-e-",,,..as i am so poor in hinmdi and urdu then this word did never came to my ear too,,,,.

  • visaal-e-yaar faqat aarzu ki baat nahi - Union with the beloved is not fulfilling just another wish :)

  • in simple words..

you cant meet your beloved just by wishing to meet,,

means you have to make practical effort to achieve something you desire.

  • What a touching ghazal, the sweetest ever by Firdausi Begum as far as I am concerned! Isn't it amazing, Doc, how some people vitiate our joy of viewing an upload by their ignorance ,vulgarity and bigotry about languages and countries?

  • wow what beautiful gem i had never heard before thanks so much for uploading

  • Most Indians dont even know that they are speaking Arabic words but misguidedly are taught that it is Hindi. To start with All words begining with 'Khey' are Arabic there is no Khey alphabet in Sanskrit hence Hindus normally say 'KOON' to blood when in Arabic it is khoon. etc.

  • Urdu is 60% Arabic, 20% Persian, 10% Turkic ,5% Others and 5% Hindi.

The word 'Urdu' came from the Turkic word for Miltary Camp. Most soldiers who came from the North of Khyber were turkic speaking. The locals who sold them things refered to the language that developed as urdu.

  • poissondelamar is correct, hindi is language of temple. Urdu is language of wide administration, literature, poetry, melody. charm, beauty. It developed in courtly, royal, administrative, and military cultures. The two have vastly different historical, cultural and socio-cultural bases hence even with similarities are different languages as their relational cultural bases are different. I have studied both. Besides my mother tongue is Urdu so I know.

  • you are an educated person. Many people don't understand it. urdu "laskar ki jaban"

please see: american heritage dictionary and read first chapter: indo european contribution.

  • very nice,

    thanks fo uploading

  • A simple melody in 06 Beats (rhythmic Pattern- DADRA) Firdausi Begum rendered to her voice limitation. Thanks.

  • name of actor-ANWAR HOSSAIN, actrice-ANWARA.

  • sweeet !

  • Coming from India, I was not exposed to Pakistani or Bangladeshi music. One of my closest friends, who is from Pakistan introduced me to its music and now due to your generosity I have the opportunity to enjoy and admire East Pakistan/Bangladesh's music. Thank you!

  • my pleasure dear :)

  • Beautiful, classically-based ghazal yet not overwhelming in the technical aspects of the rendition. The words are sublime and the singing matches them in the sweetness of voice and the fine-tuned conveyance of sentiments as called for by the ghazal. A splendid treat, Doc. Thanks as always.

  • my pleasure :)

  • BEAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTIFUL

  • I like this song.Nawab Siraj Ud-Daula was last nawab of bangol.this film made in bangladesh in 1962in bangoli and allthe actor&actres are bengoli.the singer ferdusi begum is bengoli aswell.year 1964 came this movies urdo copy.thak you

  • the diffrence between URDU and hindi, its like diffrence between honey and urine of cow.

this song is in pure 101% URDU not in hindi.

"hindi" is langauge of temple"mandirs" not of music and melody.

get translated evergreen indians song in "hindi" or anyother langauge, and see result,it will loss its charm and beauty.

am ,not against any langauge, but its open conspiracey to name"URDU" as hindi.

and beggning of this war was defaet of 1857 war of independant.

  • come on man..chill, don't curse others..all languages are beautiful...(apart from pushto..haa..kidding)..but take it easy..

  • translate this song in punjabi, and see result, punjabi is also a langauge of"badtamizi":)

  • jis ko aap badtamizi keh rahay haiN uska literature Urdu se kaheeN ziyada rich aor centuries kay tajurbaat ka nichoR hai.

aor janab Malikshoaib sahib..shayad aap pashto zuban ko samjh nahi paye..

manta hooN Urdu ki apni uniqueness hai..lakin yeh ability is ko arabic aor farsi ki waja se mili hai..warna jumma jumma aath din main koi cheez baam e uroj par nahi pohanch sakti.i m among biggest fans of Urdu but it doesnt mean i start showing my low temper & dim-witted behavior on such places

  • Hm You kinda sound like a Pakistani. Did you even know that the so caled URDU (not sure if i can call it a language ) was created in last couple hundred years by Moghul and muslim rulers. and its an OFFshoot of HINDI meaning it is 85 % HINDI and some words of persian and arabic! and Arabic alphabets due to then muslim rule!

  • Nawab Siraj ud Daula - One of the greatest movies ever produced. Anyone with info where to get a DVD or download from. THNX.

  • Is this Siraj Ud-Daula?!

This is a beautiful song! Amazing! Although I don't quite understand it.

  • manythnks from heart to put this URDU SONG. you did a service to this beautyful dying language.

    URDU a language of poetry,music,melody,romance,culture,civilization,expression,love,.

another name of URDU is also TAJMAHL.

  • You sound like the French who have the same lament about their language.

  • Wah bahut khoob!

  • Thank you 'Lovehumanity' for posting such an wonderful clip from the movie Nawab Siraj ud Daula, Ruler of Bengal, Orissa and Bihar.

Nawab Siraj was the the first Indian to declare war against the British East Indian Company and lost to Robert Clyve in the battle at Plassey in 1757 due to Meer Zafor's treachery And thus paved the rule of Angrez in India for next 200 years. Siraj's two other generals Mohan Lal and Meer Mardan fought valiantly and got martyrdom. Salute to

    their sacrifice.

  • Thanx to all of u have appreciated this song. Your support feeds me to share more from the golden oldies. especially kianwar's valueable info. Meri yaad mein tum na aansu is from Madhosh i think. Bayrehem aasmaan is from Bahana .. a gem of Rajindra Krishan who, to me, was the best among Hindu lyricists. Now this shud not be a start of Hindu-Muslim War here plz. Just a personal thought shared. :)
