After the battle of Undercity, the Undercity Guardians (those abomination guards that tell you where everything is), are replaced by Kor'kron Overseers (Thrall's elite guards) and Varimathras is replaced by the commander of the Overseers. And in Apothercarium there is several Kor'kron in there. So pretty much orcs acts as guards to ensure no rebellion against the Horde or Sylvanas occur again. Ever. They will be very rude to Forsaken players and be suspicious (with good reasons).

You do know that the Horde gladiators were in some form criminals or willingly fought while the alliance used the orcs regardless.I don't recall anyone but thrall getting beaten up by his own master for losing.

Reghar thought varian was a theramore deserter after getting no name, and once you desert a faction you are on your own, no protection from Alliance.
