um bettey what goes well with stuffed chicken here is the recipe4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed

1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped

1 c. grated low-salt Mozzarella or Provolone cheese

1 1/2 c. Grainfield's Corn Flakes, crushed

4 tbsp. salt-free butter

2 tsp. mixed herbs (savory, sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary)

@Canyoudance123 Mmm...Your recipe sounds wonderful! Since the casserole itself does not have any starches (other than the corn flakes), you could have a side of potatoes, rice, or pasta.  Add a tossed salad or coleslaw and a heated loaf of French bread for a scrumptious meal!

@roundandround14 You're right! I really should!!! What happens is we measure out all of the ingredients and then I decide on a name for the recipe, and Rick usually gives his thoughts on the name. So, usually I have about 3 names swirling around in my head as I introduce and progress through the video--and quite often I draw a blank on the name...I really do need cue cards...

That Jello blooper was great ! Good to know that my kitchen is not the only place disasters occur . I'm learning to cook and I have had my share of flops,drops,spills and runaway smoke detectors. Watching yours proves that even hot chicks make mistakes.

Cute bloopers..just an fyi a trick I learned working years ago in a restaurant..to release a jello mold easily run some hot water in a sink and just dip the mold part way down in it for a few seconds..it melts it just enough to turn loose without losing its shape then flip it onto your dish. Hi, all, this is Rick breaking radio silence for a moment. The real reason for these apparent mental lapses has to do with me. Every time Betty appears confused on these bloopers it's because I am trying to communicate something via finger signals, eyebrow lifts, and the like. Usually it's something that's a non-issue anyway, but it's hard for me to learn to leave her alone.

So, honestly, those are my bloopers, but she's generous enough to put them up because they're funny.
