"O" is for "Oh wow" in my opinion...you chose two of the few *good* songs from Sesame Street's recent years. (Here's a bit of bonus trivia: the same dancer-in-a-painted-circle was used to teach the number zero. He didn't sing about it then...he just vanished repeatedly as a voice said "zero dancers".)
The breakdancer's name is Flipz.

Yes, he also used the same melody to sing about the letters A and H (varying the sample-words part, obviously).
