darren is such a talented, talented performer. personally, i don't like it as much when he sings on glee because its not fully him. the glee versions are great, but they airbrush his voice too much. in his live versions of songs, and his own album, it's much more natural and real. his voice is so much fuller and passionate. he's fantastic on glee, but i just wish they didn't make his voice so perfect/generic-ish
