I run a Rampage TT and Baja 5B. My Rampage is just as fast as my 5B with the same engine (ONB 28.5 and DarkSoul 26). I'm running my DS 26 with a Dominator pipe and love it so much I've shelved the 5B

I have a Baja 5T, Rampage MT, and a FG Monster Beetle.

The Baja 5T is definitely the fastest.

@thesluttyho most RTR 1/5's are kinda slow, until you put a tuned pipe on. really wakes up these motors.

I want to install a tuned pipe but not sure which one is best.

And i heard that installing one declines the life span of the engine true or not true?

just get a pipe from ramtech, or any other redcat dealer.

the upgrade pipe for the rampage wont hurt the motor at all. it just lets the motor breath better, thus you can add alittle more fuel to the mix and get more HP. also helps speed up how quickly the motor revs up.
