well if you are working at a higher frame rate (5,10,30 thing) than yes you can move them farther and it will look just as smooth as using a lower framerate with moving them less. But if you move the car a centimeter or other small amount and then use 30FPS the cars will look like they are moving very slow. I actually move them alot more during my actual movies to make them look faster and going into corners and such i move them less but with the same FPS so it looks like the car is accelerating
If anyone wants another video like this of how to work a SM program I can make one if you really want. I threw this one together in 1 hour cause I was bored.
Ha lol, yes I can and maybe even with a voice over! But seriously this video is really mostly what you need to know, I can make one showing how to improve stuff by using a program though.

Its just the camera its self that you get, ei. 10 megapixle, 5, 3 and that stuff. Some cameras you can change the quality in the settings.
