I don't know much about heli radio set-ups, but if this was a plane, I would say you need some expo on the inputs - it seems to react quite violently to all your manoeuvres. Perhaps it is caused purely by the training gear, though.
@BrotherBloat I will try both :) Firstly, flying without the longer landing gear and then, when it's still too reactive, reducing the receiver's sensitivity.
