I reallly like abraham hicks explanation of " dark forces" there is a video and I think that basically it's talking about collective thought forms taking on negativity and when we are in a vulnerable state unconsciously tapping into that.. Happened to me. Dancing cured me! the ONLY thing after YEARS of panic anxiety and fear... no medication could do what dancing did!
