@mrshahkecoh You have to get Universial Theme Patcher to patch some system files to be able to use 3rd party themes in Windows 7, install the theme that you want and apply it.

Best Aero patch there is.. Thank you so much! Its works well and Im not having a problem. Just make sure guys you have atleast 2 gb RAM to run the patch without system drag! Keep up the good work!!!!
