I'm well aware of what dbz kai is and what it's suppose to be but I still like the original better. Your right that the fillers create plotholes sometimes but like I said they also add character development and even some cool fights and scenes not seen in the manga. Example the the ginyu force fight with tien and yamacha or otherworld tourney with piccon and others. I like those pieces but there fillers which means there not in kai. Some fillers are so good though that they left them in kai.

DBZ kai for example is a show that suppose to be similar to the manga. That means no filler episodes or scenes like the garlic jr, saga for example. Fillers are scenes or episodes that were created to give Akira time to write the story while the anime was originally airing. Gt isn't a manga meaning no fillers.

The biggest question is will the same english cast for Z return and in my oppinion i hope no one returns except Sean and Stephanie AKA Goku and Gohan I will be devestated if they replace those VA's. Plus DrHannibal Funimation has allready confirmed both english dub and japanese track will be on it

who isn't a fan of DBZ? it's one of the only Animes that has good humor, action, and storylines. and the fact that Toei is re editing the series to match the manga is brilliant, remember that when DBZ first came out the budget for the series was to make it last out until the manga had a conclusion that way DBZ wouldn't suffer the fate like Inuyasha, now that all the episodes are out Toei can make DBZ the way it was meant especially for the new generation of kids that don't know Dragonball

but i forgot about it for like 2-4 years, than my friend told me all about it again, i never finished the whole series until my friend told me about it because i used to watch it on tv shows - and that is something i wouldn't recommend anyone to do, you gotta wait so much just to see the next episode.
i'm glad my friend told me about it, he had almost 150 episodes - i was able to download :)
