The judge says if he disrespects him again he'll perform the wedding right there and then. Sonic shuts up and then Franziska asks Amy how she got Sonic to sign...

The Judge told Sonic that he must shut up, or else he'll go to jail. Sonic starts insulting the Judge, in order to go to jail and get rid of Amy. After that, the Judge tells Sonic that he must shut up or else he'll engage Sonic and Amy in marriage, and obviously, Sonic obeys.
