The best thing about the Society was the music. I studied for years and could not bring myself to be baptized. They take away ALL individual freedom and thought. If you are not one of them you're lost. How sad to believe such a thing could come from a God who created us and loves us. For me...I will stay "lost" in the arms of the Creator.

The music hits you in the heart and the message is clear and simple...All of the things every human has hoped and prayed for will become a reality...but you have to keep your eyes on that prize. I truly feel everytime this song is sung...Jehovah and his Son smile.
I have to start back going to the meeting myself. I have allowed this wicked system to get the best of me, but I have to keep fighting. Jehovah would not have allowed me to come this far in my crazy life, and still be alive! Without having patience and LOVE for me. And those like me.

Cuz it reminds me of a beloved elder who passed away almost a year ago, before the international convention were held here in Peru, the second one after many many years. .. He wanted to go so much...but he couldn't..and now is sleeping... I miss him so much..he was like a father to me. and with tears in my eyes right now...I'm hoping to see him in paradise and hug him tightly like I never could.

You should try to not be weak minded and vulnerable and stop listening to what you have heard from your friends or neighbors about this beautiful religion and listen to them once in a while. All they teach is love for their fellowman and love for God.

Afraid every moment of "losing faith" (then it was not faith to begin with). Surely the light of Christ's truth dispels all darkness, ignorance and error? And surely, true faith overcomes the world?

The music hits you in the heart and the message is clear and simple...All of the things every human has hoped and prayed for will become a reality...but you have to keep your eyes on that prize. praising songs makes me wanna cry..and this video too.. Cuz it reminds me of a beloved elder who passed away almost a year ago, before the international convention were held here in Peru, the second one after many many years. .. He wanted to go so much...but he couldn't..and now is sleeping... I miss him so much..he was like a father to me. and with tears in my eyes right now...I'm hoping to see him in paradise and hug him tightly like I never could.

@RobotWalk I hope you do. I myself have been out of he truth for far to many years. You see I have been disfellowshiped for about 5 years now. I have allways taught my kids about Jehovah, but after watching this video and reading the comments, I have made the decision to get back to meetings tomorrow morning for the sunday public talk.
We can all see that even in this time of the end not only are new ones coming in. But also those of us that have fallen away, can still come back!

well most of these words are really misleading millions. I hope one day you will understand the real meaning of them. I suggest you to read what apostle paul said about resurrection that blood and flesh wont inherit God's kingdom etc. Second Adam, Jesus became our father so we will follow him being like him in spiritual bodies not physical as many believes

Jehovah's Witnesses do more then just preach the good news. They are also hard working people outside the congregations. They are very kind and talented people with all different kinds and jobs, but take Jehovah first.
