  • Fantastic video!!! 5*****

  • You could definitely use a FRED at the end of that consist though! And are those track joiners to scale at 2:33 and throughout the rest of the vid or are they just your standard HO rail joiners? Thanks again!

  • The layout was designed and built using Atlas Code 83 flex track and Walthers Shinohara Switches. The associated rail jointers are the standard Atlas Code 83 variety.

  • It all looks so great! Sorry to keep asking questions but do you know of the weathering techniques utilized for the track?

  • The track was first nailed to cork roadbed, then airbrushed with Testors Rail Brown paint. Woodland Scenics Medium Grey Blend Ballast comes next soaked with a white glue/water/alcohol mixture. Finally grimy black and brown weathering chalks are applied sparingly to the ballast surface and brushed in to create the dark areas between the rails. A final spritz with a water/alcohol solution seals the weathering chalk.

  • I love this layout so much! Great vid!

  • sexy vid keep em coming
