This is sooooo heavy Christopher!! Exactly 12 yrs. I have been dealing with this TRUST issue. It is my biggest dilemma to true happiness, really. I have been in battle with allowing myself to (exactly what you said..) trust in maintaining my boundaries. My need to feel dutiful to others outweighed my ability to trust my mind,body and soul. This last month my spiritual path has never shined so bright as it is every waking minute now. The one thing that keeps ringing out loud: Trust in Thyself!!!
