  • What is the meaning of "Big Casino"?

  • RIP Cliff Robertson. You'll be missed. You were a great Uncle Ben in Spiderman, a great Mr Shame in Batman and a great man in real life. :(

  • After knocking Them unconscious why didn't shame tie them up and remove Batman's cowl..

  • @scooter167 Always the unanswered question. How come a Police Commish & Captian coudn't put 2 & 2 together and figure out that Batman & Robin were Bruce Wayne & Dick Grayson??

  • I think Shame is an early version of a character that later becomes known as the Scarecrow. think about it, he uses fear gas to frighten people, just like the Scarecrow. that's his weapon. And if you remember Louie the Lilac, who was also a villain in the show, he later evolves into Poison Ivy. Both love plants and uses their toxic to fight Batman and Robin.

  • Come on, Shame and your outlaw gang, you got guns. Shoot Batman! :-)

  • Shame on you shane ...classic

  • the little boy "andy" is widely popular child actor of the 60's and 70's Eric Shea.

  • "Stay where you are Robbin" Where the phuck was he going to go, he was tied up you dumbass Batman.

  • With the stampede, I know what Robin meant by "Holy Pamplona". The trap is like Shame's own little variation of the world-famous "Encierro" ("Running Of The Bulls") in Pamplona, Spain.

  • Holy Pamplona, Batman!!!

  • Now that is one cool cowboy!

  • SHAMES UNCLE BEN!

    hahaha

  • Robin is tied up and says, "Batman, more, more!"

    kinky!

  • "talking to you is like talking pig latin to a donkey"! LOL

  • That's one of my all-time favorite Batman lines!

  • This is the same episode where Batman is in the Batcave examining one of Shame's platinum bullets. He somehow had it in a pair of medical hemostats, and it looked for all the world like a joint in a roachclip. I cracked my brother up when I said, "Hey Bats -- hit it or pass it!" I'd love to find a screen-grab of that scene.

  • why is it looking slow motion

  • That's probably the way my video capture device was recording it at the time. Sometimes they come out smooth, sometimes a little bumpy. At the time I was probably using a lot of memory with other programs. I'll try re-recording it and see what happens.

  • no matter I liked it so much when the Annie Oakie shot the chandelier on the heads of the dynamic duo

  • Shame is awesome!

  • gosh, i didn't know bulls are color blind...

  • Since I don't plan on being any where near a bull in my immediate future, I'm glad Batman pointed that out.

  • Staked to the ground! Oh, that's MUCH more 'sporting'!

  • Well, sure it is - it's so easy to yank a stake out of the ground. I think all the villains knew the duo could get out of anything and they gave the guys some slack - they were challenging them - they couldn't have cared less about the crimes themselves. Catwoman, however, was the only one who really meant business. She loved Batman and couldn't have him because of the different directions they took. This comment is to be continued in the next posting - STAY TUNED!!!!!

  • Hmm...I don't think the Joker was planning on Robin being rescued when he put Robin in the comic book printing press, and was forcing Bruce Wayne to pull the activating lever; or when he had Batman in the 'human key duplicator', and Robin in the wax spray chamber; or the Riddler when he took them for a spin; or False Face with the subway tracks; or Bookworm when he put Robin in the bell; or the Minstrel with heat lamp; or the Mad Hatter with fluoroscopic chamber; or Puzzler with the balloon...
