a friend of mine owns one of these, and it's a really nice guitar.

a few upgrades like changing the hardwares, a re-fret, a pickup change and bone nut replacement, this could be at par with a Prestige guitar!

Ich habe mir diese Gitarre gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden von der Qualität. Über den Sound kann ich nichts hilfreiches sagen (Anfänger) aber mein Mentor ist begeistert. Mein Exemplar scheint keinerlei Verarbeitungsfehler zu haben und war nachdem der Verkäufer sie aus dem Karton genommen hat bereits richtig eingestellt. Wer so pessimistisch ist wie ich sollte einfach zu Ibanez greifen.

@THEEDGEOFIDIOCY It's fixed. But the guitar itself is shit, crap pickups, build quality, playability, it won't hold tuner and will fall apart as you play it. If you're gonna buy an Ibanez buy one that isn't a 'GIO'

check the Roland Cube. its cheap and has built in overdrive and distortion.the best practice amp in my opinion. i got a Peavey Rage 258 and its just horrible. i'll throw it away and i'll buy a Roland. but you could also buy a sound card with a port for a guitar cable and play through your pc. it has many benefits and most of the times superior sound quality.

@Anirbanguitar007 get any vox vt amp they start around £105 in uk, have everything you need, and you can turn the power down to 0.2w , alos, you can connect it to your computer via a standard 3.5 mm jack plug, and they sound awesome for any style of music

hmmm my advice: buy the 321-EX which is the same but with a better bridge, for the amp, i dont really trust marshalls although everyone will tell you they're the best, go for a peavey. and the 321-EX is worth keeping, so instead of buying a new guitar, which you will be tempted to, change the pickups to some EMG 81 - 85 ( the best for metal, august burns red plays with them, dunno if you're into that kind of metal though)

I have just got one of these guitars and I am very pleased with it. It has a great range of sounds. I'm not sure why the guy in the video is playing it with the switch in the bridge position. Mine sounds much deeper and richer in the neck (or 'both') position and the riff he is playing would sound far meatier with that setting on my guitar. I have trawled the web and it is very hard to find a negative comment about this guitar.

after hard searches and comparisons i got one in candy apple (red). the color itself is fucking amazing. i gave it to a friend who plays a very expensive Epiphone and he played from clean blues to black metal with great sound. he was stuned by the quality and versatility.he didn't believe that i baught it for only200 euros. the body is superresonant with great sustain.the pickups are very good and with an upgrade it can kill much more expensive guitars. an excellent guitar by all standards!
