Also the "powerful elements" the apricot seed contains, such as cyanide, are no more dangerous locked up in the B17 molecule than they are locked up in the B12 molecule. hmm, I've been taking the pills for 4 years, never had cancer, but did have precancerous condition..which is gone and has not returned....also use the seeds on my food, never been sick from it. you can "overdose", if you eat too many at a time because the unlocking enzyme found in cancer cells [not cancer, but the enzyme] is present in the seed itself and too much of that will begin to unlock the otherwise protected IE LOCKED cyanide element also present.&its cyanide, not arsenic.

My last comment is saying there is no studies conducted to state daily use of the seeds will cause no future harm. In saying that, I would gladly take the seeds for a period of time to overcome cancer but the powerful elements the seeds contain, I would not be comfortable taking them everyday as there "could" be consequences and there is no study to say any different.

B17 is just a drug and not an actual vitamin. B17 was actually falsely labeled as a vitamin by a chemist who wanted to capitalize on the vitamin fad at that time and sneak it past the FDA. Numerous studies conducted in various countries have found B17 ineffective in cancer treatments, including collaborations of volunteers dedicated to providing proper research of pharmaceuticals. It's not a global conspiracy people!!! Plus B17 is highly toxic. It decomposes in the body to produce cyanide.

My friends cancer is in remission from natural cures, including apricot seeds. This is after modern medicine failed. I had a mole develop on my leg from a freckle. It got very bad and although it wasnt diagnosed, I felt it was cancerous. I began taking apricot seeds and it is now a freckle once again. I am convinced this is truly a the remedy for cancer.
I don't know if this cure is or not curing cancer. But since it is prooven that chemotherapy does little to cure it and much to harm you... well, give it a try!

I was "diagnosed" by a locum Dr, after being ignored for a few months by my GP.

the claim is that they contain cyanide. but the cyanide is locked. and only unlocked with the enzyme that is present only in cancer cells. so when it release when it comes into contact with cancer cells.
vitamin B12 also contains cyanide in the same manner that vitamin B17 / amygdalin does. so if Vitamin B17 is poisonous, then so is your multivitamin, and beef, and vegetables.
@gwho -- I am a fan of laetrile and I eat 8 apricot kernels per day. Just to arm you for future debates with non-believers, don't blanketly say (and this happened to me) that B12 has cyanide. Some geek in some Rockefeller medical school will come back with, "No it doesn't, only the "Cyanocobalamin" form has that, not the "Methylcobalamin" form, which is what I take.

B17 is unique in that it does not have cyanide in it that you put into yourself by eating apricot seeds. RATHER, from what I've read, the cyanide component of B17 has to be formed in conjunction between both the actual Laetrile itself and the cancer cell. When the laetrile and the cancer cell join together they create a cyanide that kills the cancer cell. Amazing, huh

Also the "powerful elements" the apricot seed contains, such as cyanide, are no more dangerous locked up in the B17 molecule than they are locked up in the B12 molecule. Vitamin B12 contains cyanide too. In fact a common vitamer of B12 family is "Cyanocobalamin ". B12 is good for you, not bad, just like B17. See the book Alive And Well by Philip Binzel, Chapter 6. TheOzTruth, the "study" is that many thousands of people around the world have eaten B17-rich diets for decades and enjoyed great health. This includes indiginous people like the Hunzakuts and everyday Americans. I eat 5-10 apricot seeds daily myself. B17 is aka amygdalin, which has been a well known substance for a long time, since before its anti-cancer properties were even known. It appears naturally in 100s of foods - fruits, sprouts, etc. It is not more dangerous than other vitamins.

BTW..FYI... If you plan to take the seeds, Make a salad for lunch everyday for the next 6 weeks, with 3 apricot seed kernels and a handful of mung beans and take a Vitamin A with it. After the 6 weeks, then go on to 1 apricot seed crushed, same method, at least once a week for 3 weeks. The mung beans completes the medicine and the vitamin A neutralizes the cyanide. Make sure your not taking too much vitamin A a this can be poisonous as well....

hmm, I've been taking the pills for 4 years, never had cancer, but did have precancerous condition..which is gone and has not returned....also use the seeds on my food, never been sick from it. you can "overdose", if you eat too many at a time because the unlocking enzyme found in cancer cells [not cancer, but the enzyme] is present in the seed itself and too much of that will begin to unlock the otherwise protected IE LOCKED cyanide element also present.&its cyanide, not arsenic.

My last comment is saying there is no studies conducted to state daily use of the seeds will cause no future harm. In saying that, I would gladly take the seeds for a period of time to overcome cancer but the powerful elements the seeds contain, I would not be comfortable taking them everyday as there "could" be consequences and there is no study to say any different.

I recently harvested the apricots off my tree in the back yard. I kept the seeds because I heard something about them being good for you. I'm getting conflicting readings on my research into apricots though. It seems the government says they are poisonous and some alternative health practicioners are saying they are beneficial. The government has a great track record,........of lying, so I think I may be more on the side of the so called 'quacks' . Yeah, I know, tin foil hat blah blah blah...

B17 is just a drug and not an actual vitamin. B17 was actually falsely labeled as a vitamin by a chemist who wanted to capitalize on the vitamin fad at that time and sneak it past the FDA. Numerous studies conducted in various countries have found B17 ineffective in cancer treatments, including collaborations of volunteers dedicated to providing proper research of pharmaceuticals. Chemotherapy success rate is only 2.3%. And success does not mean cure! It only means that a patient will live 5 more years. Why is it that no one talks about that? And chemotherapy treatment, unlike B17, costs on average $150,000. So, who's capitalizing here???

My friends cancer is in remission from natural cures, including apricot seeds. This is after modern medicine failed. I had a mole develop on my leg from a freckle. It got very bad and although it wasnt diagnosed, I felt it was cancerous. I began taking apricot seeds and it is now a freckle once again. I am convinced this is truly a the remedy for cancer.

I was "diagnosed" by a locum Dr, after being ignored for a few months by my GP.
A fabulous young gay chap, and that's one of the way's he used when diagnosing me, my finger and toe nails, (along with quite a few more prods and pokes). But it was quite plain, when he checked my nails, he saw something pretty obvious to him. So I really don't think it's quite as rare as he suggests.

Thank you soooooo much!!! Just got scan results today and have been doing the apricot seeds and hemp oil. Scan says no evidence of cancer. Had been given a death sentence and now gone. Did not do chemo or radiation and thanks to the great doctor I have for letting me know that there has been no success with it. I read a short story a couple years ago but it was in Schwabisch dialect and difficult for a mentally challenged guy like me to understand. The word means 'Apron Hunter Time" So loosely translated it's a season or time that men who are 'young, dumb and full of come' are looking for young girls or women to screw. It would be translated as 'Philanderer Time' or 'Looking for Pussy time" This is what this short story in dialect I read was about.

What you believe is your business, but to call Christians ignorant and bigoted is mine. I study both science of the human anatomy and the Bible the greatest book ever written. You would not believe how often both agree unless you have studied closely the Bible and Science. For example the Bible and Science do not disagree on the time frame of creation.
Yes there are ignorant and bigoted people on many things, but that is not the norm with most Christians.

Suggest you do a brain scan and have the doctor check chromosome 21 and the ASPM Gene on the q-arm of chromosome 1.
One needs to heal themselves using physical, mental and spirtual methods. I did and use Apricot Kernels and up to 21 per day.

By the way, I don't (at this point of my life) have cancer but my cat does and I have no evidence that Satan led her astray and the Lord gave it to her because because she 'sinned'.
However, I crush the Laetrile to powder in a mortar & pestle and spread it over her fresh food (not canned or processed food).
Early days yet; but it appears to have stopped entirely the profuse bleeding from large tumor.

My experience tells me that B17 and apricot seeds are not harmful unless, as with anything, one took an insanely high dosage. According to "World Without Cancer" (video is here), water is actually more hazardous.

Question.. are apricot seeds poisonous? I've read on the internet that they are, and other places I've heard they are very nutritious. Can anyone give me a straight up answer on this?

If they are poisonous, then the people who have eaten them, me included, would be dead.
They always sensationalize negativity of anything natural that will cure. Like hemp, which the oil from it's bud will cure terminal cancer, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Only 1 gram per day for a couple of months. Look up "Run From The Cure".

the claim is that they contain cyanide. but the cyanide is locked. and only unlocked with the enzyme that is present only in cancer cells. so when it release when it comes into contact with cancer cells.
vitamin B12 also contains cyanide in the same manner that vitamin B17 / amygdalin does. so if Vitamin B17 is poisonous, then so is your multivitamin, and beef, and vegetables.

@gwho -- I am a fan of laetrile and I eat 8 apricot kernels per day. Just to arm you for future debates with non-believers, don't blanketly say (and this happened to me) that B12 has cyanide. Some geek in some Rockefeller medical school will come back with, "No it doesn't, only the "Cyanocobalamin" form has that, not the "Methylcobalamin" form, which is what I take.
Still, though, you're right, the cyanide inside laetrile is harmful only to the cancer cell because only a cancer cell forms cyan

@gwho -- I can't elaborate beyond that but just to be sure, I know of those 2 forms, the cyanocobalamin and the methylcobalamin.
B17 is unique in that it does not have cyanide in it that you put into yourself by eating apricot seeds. RATHER, from what I've read, the cyanide component of B17 has to be formed in conjunction between both the actual Laetrile itself and the cancer cell. When the laetrile and the cancer cell join together they create a cyanide that kills the cancer cell. Amazing, huh

from Griffin's video "world without cancer", it says it already has cyanide in the b17, but is only RELEASED when it comes into contact with the cancer cell.
normal cells don't have the trigger to release it, on top of rhodenase from the body of the fruit, which helps to prevent it from releasing near normal cells.

people who sell apricot pits are probably aware of this stuff. The biggest and most accessible alternative is your supermarket. But do you trust them? they have genetically modified foods, pesticides, and other foods besides produce have MSG and aspartame at every turn along with a whole slew of bad chemicals.
so if i ordered apricot pits in bulk, i would trust it as much as i trust my supermarket, if not more.

You woudnt start on 60 per day, more like 5 or so and slowly work your way up until signs of having too many show themselves. I personally know 2 people who have cured themselves completely of "terminal cancer" using apricot kernels and decent nutrition.

Our Doctor told my father that to help fight cancer he has to eat a proper diet and eat the right foods to give youself a chance, then we told him how much research we had done and that he was taking apricot seeds as well as many other natural/organic and healthy foods to fight and kills cancer. He chuckled. Now doesn't that sound like a contradiction to you? i'm getting really tied of doctors and thier 'cancer research'.
