Paul ceased to keep Torah? That would mean Paul stopped being a Pharisee. However, he declares in Acts 23:6 that he IS a Pharisee, not WAS a Pharisee. He declares in Acts 24:14 that he serves "the God of our fathers, believing everything that is in accordance with the Law..." And when Paul was arrested, he was doing a commandment of the Law in concluding his Nazarite vow and helping a few others start theirs.

You may want to rethink your position on Paul and Torah.

Yeshua said that the Law and Prophets were ultil Him (Luke 16:16), yet there is ample evidence that the earliest Judeo-Christian communities kept the Law and many Jewish traditions. the point is that one does not need to- we are saved by faith in Messiah (John 11:25, Matthew 9:22), not by keeping the Law. but if a Jewish person who believes in Messiah *wants* to keep the Law, scripturally that is ok, too (Romans 14:1-18).

The LAW does not allow for "picking and choosing". Thus, if we keep any of it, we must keep ALL (Gal 3:10).

True, it's ofcause only Jesus who saves us, but we can't sin on purpose. Jesus said: "If you love me keep my commandments". Sin is the breaking of God's Ten Commandments, pls read Exodus 20. What you are referring to is the ceremonial laws which has to do with religious festivals & rituals which ended at the cross. But the Ten Commandments are forever, read all through New Testaement Paul talks alot about keeping these 10 Commandments. All christians are to keep them always. Don't confuse the different laws, because Christians has to keep ALL Ten Commandments including Sabbath. Or do you think that you can now steal, kill, do adultery, idolatry etc also?
