Dude ur technique is CRAPPY. NO way should u attempt tamping mid-air. Hilarious to say the least. Clean your steam wands much better than that. You incorporate way too much air leading to a shitload of huge bubbles. Don't bastardize that half-ass mocha with canned whipped cream either.
