No, I can't beat Phaaze on Hypermode. Not having your corruption meter deplete before the Aurora 313 battle basically screws you over. I'd be able to if there were a checkpoint after Dark Samus.
Ah the first form is probably the hardest part. Once I figured him out he wasn't hard. I just stayed in x-ray mode. It's easier than switching visors. Form 2 is easy to avoid but its beam rapes you if you mess up. The last form is just a cakewalk. My overall analysis on the final fight was a 8/10 on difficulty. Isn't too bad. I considered the Ing leader (form 3) and the boost ball boss the most annoying bosses.
On the contrary, I thought the Boost Guardian was fairly easy; I usually just stay in bipedal and jump over its attacks. And Emperor Ing was just a matter of learning the strategy.
Quadraxis truly was an epic boss, but I liked Chykka as well. The best part about Echoes, though, is the implementation of the light/dark motif. But the first is definitely the best, still.

ya that sucks. I used to be respected in my team until that meet because I was no longer the fastest 100 meter dash runner since the second place runner like started doing super training and got cleets.
It sucks cause I should be doing track, but I cant this year because I am flogged with homework all the time...like right now I should be studying but i dont feel like it. I miss track.
Ya Mass Academy forces me not to do track either. That school is gay, I bet Adam already told you that. Like the women are unatractive and 75% of the kids would get atomic wedgies at my school (if they exist). Lol funny how the whole mass academy board is going to see this vid cuz Adam Posted it on one of the Geek's websites for everyone to watch. They will see my comment and be very angry. I find it funny.
I have yet to hear a good thing about Mass Academy, but at least you guys will make something out of your lives, unlike me who will live outside of a Wal-Mart in a cardboard box and steal money from the Salvation Army bucket when the jingle guy isnt looking

Yeah, Corruption is fun, but I felt that it was too much a departure from the original Metroid formula.

Echoes was good but it lacked puzzles and stuff. I think the only two bosses that were decent were the spider ball and quadraxis.
