@13holywarriors two things, censor board gives these certificates and its validity is usaully 10 years and after that it has to be renewed so if the movie was first released in 68 then certificate must be renewed in 78, second thing, dharmendra started his career with Dil bhi tera ham bhi tere in 1960.
hey man this movie was released in 1978 look at the certificate of this movie,,,,,1968 is well before dharmendra
