But she didn't have a happy ending. She made her choice, and that wasn't it. She knew her options and she did not pick that one. Knowing what it meant she still picked the Doctor. She was forced away from the path she'd chosen. So I don't see this as a happy ending at all.

It's called 'Doomsday' on the soundtrack for series 1+2... I'm listenig to it now, makes me cry thinkging about this episode. best finale, no doubt. amazing music throughtout the series. Bravo, Murray Gold.

You know its not real, but the music and their acting and the look on the doctors face, its almost as she'd died. this episode is so upsetting, the saddest thing ive watched in ages.. but probably the best one aswell. i jsut made me cry, because the doctor nd rose were so perfect, even though its not real it makes you think... anything could happen. love that episode and the video you've made.. the music is so touching :')

that episode always makes me cry...i remeber when it was firts broadcast on bbc1....i was in my room eating my tea, and i couldnt stop crying...even though its not real, its still gives yout hat lump in your throat...and the end scene where they are by the wall seems so unfair to the both of them...how close they look, but the reality is that they are so far apart apart, it makes you want to pull rose back through the wall....really upsetting but such a great episode!
