First slay for me was preformed by a BM Hunter, Holy Paladin and a Resto Shaman. All lvl 70, took about an hour to kill him

Ha, yeah. It's fun, but took forever to kill the bugger with a small group at 70. Haven't gone back at 80; might be worth trying for kicks.

never did azuregos but i killed one of the nightmare dragon world bosses and its great fun

It wanders around on the peninsula just south of the Bay of Storms.

Azuregos' spirit actually walks around Azshara. It's just there, though, because you need to talk to Azuregos for a quest, but that's pretty difficult when he's almost always dead. So the spirit lets you turn in the quest, and also hints that the dragon you see killed here may have just been another shadow of himself.
