the Congressmen is dumb for 2 reasons, things that are natural are not always harmless. Stupidity is natural but it can be very dangerous.

The other thing is the carbon dioxide being regulated is not naturally produced. Its produced as a waste product from combustion. If 100 tonnes of high grade naturally distilled gasoline suddenly catches fire and powers the USA, then fine dun regulate it, if not tax it!
