  • I love how you tied this into TNG, great job.

  • Sisko really hates it.

  • but Videos made By General grin are FUCKIN FUNNY

  • You have No Idea how Star trek 11 affected todays Generation. Becuse of the Movie people like Me are now Watching everything Star trek. I have watched all 6 Series 11 Movies and wanting to watch 12. now I know almost everything about it all Because I watched the New movie in 2010. when I first Saw TOS when I was young I didnt care mutch for Star Trek. but because of the New Movie I have now seen every Episode of TOS TNG DS9 VOY TAS ENT TOS R so BURN STAR TREK 11 was a Magnet to bring in new Fans

  • Hey. Star Trek 11 was not a Bad movie. it was just Different. The Reason for all the Changes was because its an Alternate Reality.Kirk being more like young Anakin Skywalker is because His Dad was killed. No Dad= No Guidence. and Kirk was raised by an abusive uncle. and the Federation got Future Technology from Scans taken by the Kelvin. so touch Screens and Larger Ships with different Designs. and Disrupter like Phasers. STAR TREK 11 is not a BadMovie its to get todays generation interested!

  • hahahahahahaha xD good one :D

  • p.s. this is my shortest youtube comment ever....

  • Well played sir.

  • "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!" "Glass Breaks"

  • "NNNNOOOOOO"

  • Picard: "What? No one's quoting Shakespeare? No listening to classical music? No Tachyon Fields and Cosmic Anomalies? People wearing clothes with pockets and drinking beer??? There's no beer in the future!!!!!"

Young Kirk: (puts on sunglasses) "$385,680,446 box office baby"

Picard: "What are those you're putting on your face?"

    Young Kirk: "Sunglasses"

Picard: "We don't protect our eyes in the future either! We just wear starfleet unitards!"

  • yea fuck that stupid movie.

  • The last scene is brilliant.

  • I liked the movie, but it really wasn't star trek

  • lol at odo watching kira walk away...."Someone mind telling me wtf is going on !?!"

  • "My series ended with a setup for a film to follow and they do this instead? I've seen enough."

  • I just love Picard...

  • jajajajaa, que buenos estan estos videos!!! XD

  • I loved the new film, great Reboot!

  • @Arimus66 You're mad! It was not great nor was it a reboot! It was erase everything that has came before and replace it with a sucky remake of STAR WARS!

  • Which episode is the picard and crusher clip? Think I missed that one

  • @Ravencroft77 it's Star Trek TNG s06e16 - Birthright (Part 1)

  • "James T kirk was great man but that was another life"

    Picard "NOOOOOO" XD ROFL

  • I love Dax and Sisko;s expressions ... 'meh'

  • Whoa! Picard reeeaallly hates the new film lmao.

  • The best one yet.

I was wondering why you put in or kept the Picard scene, till the end. Classic.

It's more funny if you've watched the TNG one.

  • @redneckvideogamer Picard: I just got AWAY FROM THIS DAMMIT!!!

  • This movie destroyed all of Star Trek except for Enterprise. Doesn't anyone care that this changed timeline, and makes the rest of Trek irrelevant. It disrespects Star Trek fans. This piece of shit is purely a money making exercise. It's sad.

  • @darthnarodnik I agree. Plus, with no Vulcan any more, there can't even be a Star trek

  • Yeah yeah yeah. Hey Gene is dead his writer f'd it up 4 times after he was gone( voyager, Romulons and remons WTF, and enterprise a history all ready written for them and f'd that up too) So when we can get someone that can write like Gene could great we can just go back too the original time line. Till then it classic action, sci-fi and war is all these writers can do. After all since the writer strike they sucked on all fronts. It not bad not Gene but not bad. We need mike too write more b5.

  • I can see how people like Star Trek 2009. It's the story of an arrogant young officer faces adversity and becomes a mature and seasoned captain. It's a great story...wait... this is about Kirk? Wasn't he the stack of books with legs? Who was the young rebellious guy? No wait, that was Picard! Oh, my mistake, this is a Picard origin story. It's kind of weird they picked Chris Pine to play a young Patrick Steward, they look nothing alike.

  • Literal LMAO at Picards reaction in the end!

  • OMG... Brilliant use of Dramatis Personae!

  • i do wish ds9 got at least one movie

  • This was funny but I still love the new film!

  • "set up the data interpolation to fill in what's missing"

He's right. As little as 5 extra minutes devoted to pure dialogue will have helped leaven the pace of the film to something that wasn't confusing, tacky, emotionally stunted crap.

For instance, Sarek says to Spock that he loved his mother, however we never find out WHY. All it needed was 20 extra seconds. Just 20.

  • NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! **smashes glass*

LMAO i died at that part.

  • I've been a Trek fan for almost 20 years and I loved Trek XI. It had the right blend of "reboot": and little touches that grounded it into what came before.

  • @caomhan84 YES! Thank you! I didn't have a problem with it at all. I certainly didn't think it was a rape of the franchise.

  • @RaPositivst Lol. I guess you, Odo, and I are part of the few who liked this movie.

  • Hahaha Nooo, *smash*. Great editing :D

  • I love this video, very funny.

  • YAY sisko you tell them.

I am still sad for the day someone thought up this movie and ended the perfect score of what Star Trek was all about. Nowadays people see it is SFI action flick number 29748 and don't give a damn about the rest.

Sadly Star Trek is so much more if you forget that stupid movie and go back to the TV shows, it was the message it always carried for a better future, that was what was important.

  • @stareagle11 "perfect score" yeah, insurrection, generations, nemesis, all amazing fantastic pieces of cinema, not awful in any way

  • @stareagle11 enterprise and voyager? wonderful television, not boring or crappy or stilted in any way

  • Is it just me, or does it look like Odo is wondering why no one else likes it?

I still loved the film btw.

  • @RaPositivist Good call, he does seem that way.

  • i love Dax in this clip lol, what eps of DS9 and TNG did u use?

  • @dazlovescarter The TNG episode is "Birthright, Part I" and the DS9 episode is Dramatis Personae.

  • @LordGordy12 and the Picards NOOO is from Star Trek: First Contact.

  • I love the ending :D A great reference to the earlier work. :)

  • I agree with the Sisko.

  • Star Wars + Galaxy Quest = Star Trek 09

  • Hilarious! Loved it.

  • New trek is great.

Its not like the old one but its pretty good.

  • I thought this was a good movie. The acting and plot was way better then the Berman/Braga garbage that is Voyager and Enterprise. So what if Enterprise canon in both trek universes, at least the movie kept it to Prothos getting what he deserved since ,"A Night in Sickbay". Also do you guys remember Star Trek Insurrection and Star Trek Nemesis? Both of those movies were awful and at least with the new Trek I will hopefully not have to see a new Janeway for a long, long time.

  • I want to see the new movie, but I'm scared of the lens flare, and I don't want to see what happens to Vulcan.

  • @caitlindoteiza Trust me and the General, You don't want to see it. The lens flares were put in there to cover up a bad movie and probably subliminal messages to brain was people into loving it. The movie is Really BAD! The plot as no focus, but it has holes big enough for monster Trucks. It’s science and plot exposition makes no sense. The Acting is worst than ST: New Voyages. They also got the characters completely wrong.

  • @caitlindoteiza I think you really need to see the movie for yourself and make you own decision rather then take advice from a bunch of Trek fans who think Roddenberry is the end all be all of the Trek francise, even though the best of trek( ie ST: Wrath of Khan, and ST: DS9) had minimal to no involvement from Roddenberry. JMHO

  • This is win.

  • It was an alternate reality, or future that may be. The whole thing was a fabrication of Q's and shouldnt be taken seriously.

  • @Accisma that couldn't have happened either because we saw the 25'th century in TNG's final episode and Romulus was conquered by the Klingons and was not destroyed.

obviously there were changes in that timeline but a huge celestial event like a star going nova could not have changed

  • @GeneralGrin Well, in that episode the Enterprise D still exists in the far future although it was destroyed in Generations.

  • @Squiglypig technically the saucer section still exists. if it can be salvaged and repaired and put on a new drive section (maybe one with 3 nacells) than it can be the same ship that we saw

  • The Sisko´s reaction to the movie shows us that he´s a healthy , mentally stable man who doesn´t bother himself too much with stupid things .

Picard on the other hand ...

  • @spectre0075 As a great Trek reviewer once put it:

    "Don't FUCK with The Sisko."

  • NOO!! *Window breaks*

  • @mm3can Best part :p

  • What is it? A CLOCK

  • "I've seen enough." The Sisko has spoken.

  • Just like sisko said... i've seen enough...

  • Captain Sisko was the best Starfleet Captain.

  • Personally, I loved the new Star Trek film. However, I also love these reaction vids. I'm a man of several conflicting ideologies, I suppose. lol.

  • Sisko goes into his office to invent a way to deliver a bitchslap via subspace to JJ Abrams's descendants.

  • The end was just EPIC!!! XD

  • Sisco falling to sleep

  • The Sisko is upset.

    The Sisko has good taste.

We can't watch it .-- The Netflix doesn't deliver to the wormhole.

    Allamerain.

The Sisko should go play baseball.

  • im with picard the line must de drawn here

  • It's amazing how still they stand while watching the trailer :P

  • Dax is so hot...

  • xD hahaha the end made me lol

  • LOL!!!

  • Holy crap, I almost exploded from laughing! I think this needs one of those advisory health warnings. Attempting to watch again. Tell my kids I love them.

  • what episode is picard in ds9 besides the first one

  • @tsunamaisurfer606 He's not. The clip is from TNG "Birthright part 1"

  • Abrams will suffer the consequences for angering The Sisko...

  • poor Picard is haunted by that movie.

  • @CreativeCanberran. Dr No was the first and it introduced us to the Gun Barrel which is used in all the official Bond movies even the last 2. To me it was no stranger then From Russia with Love.

  • I actually liked the new movie, but this is fucking Godly.

  • @CreativeCanberran Not "Dr. No" that was based on the book. The 1960's Casino Royale was a spoof. The other movie you are thinking of is "Never Say Never Again". The Cannon Bonds are Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, Diamonds Are Forever, All the Roger Moor, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, And Daniel Crag Bond movies. Don’t believe me ask the expert known to You-Tubers as Bondfreek. ;-)

  • :D This is even better than "Data decides to check out Star Trek XI"

Especially after having seen that one... "NOOOOOOO!!!"

  • I enjoyed the film but it is NOT Star Trek, it's a Hollywood action film masquerading as Star Trek.

  • Im right there with Sisco, I've seen enough 2 minutes in.

Someone should do an alternate ending where it was all in the holodeck, or Q fixes it with a snap. PLEASE FIX IT Q!!!

    =p

  • lol picard is pissed at the end there....rightfully so - kirk was a HORRIBLE captain :P

  • @iamsicsic6. No, that is not why Picard is mad. He is mad because Star Trek was destroyed. The legendary Captain Kirk has been replaced by Anakin Skywalker. Kirk cared about his crew and respected the chain of command. He only disobeyed orders when those orders endangered his crew's and friend’s well being or lives. On countless occasions Kirk doubted his abilities to command. Young Kirk was a nerd who stuck to the rules no matter who got hurt (Court Marshal). This new Kirk is a punk ass kid.

  • @Trekfreek That's pretty fucking ballsy to compare Captain Kirk to Anakin Skywalker. He may not be Shatner but he's not some emo pussy who whines every 5 minutes and then murders women and children... then whines again.

  • @AlexKryocek. Your right, he whined every 3 minutes and then pick fights with everyone that disagreed with him then whined, then hit on Uhura, then whined, then got all smug when he got praised for being right. Not at all like Anakin. That is not at all like Anakin after he became Darth Vader.

  • @Trekfreek That's the great thing about the USA... you can believe anything you want even if it is complete bullshit.

  • Comment removed

  • @Trekfreek Alright, sorry!

  • If I were to count all the instances that Chris Pine’s portrayal of Kirk actually whined in the movie, it would be less than 3(if that). Unlike Anakin, this Kirk, just like Shatner’s Kirk actually cared about his fellow crewmen. He wasn’t seeking glory, he was trying to do what was right. He started off as a jackass and ended the movie as a genuine hero. That is perhaps the most obvious way in which Chris Pine's Kirk is nothing like Anakin Skywalker(As seen in the Star Wars prequels).

  • Oh, I remember watching the trailer and thinking the exact same things... Then I saw the movie after watching all the other ST movies in a few days, and I realised how aweful the trailer really was. I actually really love the new movie, and I hope they make a whole lot more of them!

  • I'm with Sisko.

  • James T. Kirk IS a great man. In the JJ-Verse. Not so much.

  • XD LOL the ending NOOOO!! i almost fell out on the floor laughen my ass off.

  • the writers of ST2009 stated there was no reason that the original timeline could not continue. the laws of time travel in Star Trek arent meant to be understood, just go with there is a new reality AS WELL AS the good old one :D

the old timeline was NOT erased because of Nero time travel. because in those few seconds Nero was gone in the past, Spock's ship existed before being pulles into the black hole. in those few seconds, the timeline SHOULD have changed, but it didnt.....think of that

  • Good stuff! ^^

  • "Perhaps the klingons would want to know" LOL

  • That was amazing. :) Brilliant.

  • I love how Sisko is so darn bitter! The reaction is quite understandable-Considering "Kirk" got to be on screen again after the TNG guys were done...Not a single DS9 character was ever on the big screen (Worf doesn't count)...What a shame. DS9 had a captain and crew with so much personality...

  • what episode was the part where picard visits ds9? when he says noooooooo!!!!

  • @severussnape222 He didnt say noooo when he visited DS9. It was an episode in TNG Season 6. Im not sure which episode...

  • @Austindude3954 i know that i was just referring to it in the video but i really think this movie star trek has ruined star trek in general whatever happened to the originals?

  • We need to go back in time and erase the romulan dude from history

  • The creators of the new "Star Trek" movie themselves said that the the true Star Trek timeline was NOT destroyed or changed when Nero went back through the black hole. The new movie is set in a separate reality, like the Mirror universe.

  • @billyboyjennings yeah except it violates all the previously established rules of time travel in star trek (in which changes in the past always change the present in the same universe)

  • @GeneralGrin Except Nero didn't travel back in time in the same universe, he traveled back to another universe. Watch TNG "Parallels" episode and it shows the countless other timelines that exist.

  • @billyboyjennings no where in the movie was it stated that it was a different universe, only that "a new time line was created" meaning the old timeline was erased because that's what always happened in star trek when someone changed the past

  • @GeneralGrin Well the people that created the entire storyline and movie kinda said that it was an alternate reality soooo....yea. They might not have know it in the movie, but Nero was not in the same universe.

That's one of the major reasons why the creators did the whole black hole thing. Now they can do whatever they want in their alternate universe and not destroy the 40 years of Star Trek history in the true universe.

  • @billyboyjennings obviously they only said it to calm down the hardcore fans.

but what universe do you think all future movies will be set in?

  • @GeneralGrin J.J. Abram's movies will be set in his dumbed down universe. The one and only true Star Trek universe is safe from him at least.

  • @billyboyjennings in that case JJ's movies are not really canon since they don't make any difference in the "real" trek universe

  • @GeneralGrin That's how I like to view it. It's not canon. It's fanfiction.

  • @GeneralGrin but wouldnt the "real" trek universe still have to exist in order for jj's to exist?

  • @kght222 Exactly! Or else such things as the events of City On The Edge Of Forever would not take place, and Edith Keeler would have prevented the US from entering the second world war, and the Nazi's wins. Therefore....

Not to mention the events of First Contact, and they might have gone the way of the Terran Empire like on Mirror Mirror.

  • Exactly which of the hundreds of different universes weve seen on ST do you call the "real" one? JJST is as canon as any movie or episode could be.

  • @GeneralGrin Technically Nero couldn't change the past too much because he'd negate his reasons for changing the past but his method of time travel as well. No Vulcan = no red matter, no Spock trying to help Romulus and failing and creating a wormhole to the past. In short, the movie couldn't have happened.

  • @scockery no… Time Paradox in ST will never erver happen.

  • @GeneralGrin Yeah...that was my understanding as well....of course this would suggest that the entire history of Star Trek as we know it has been invalidated, which I am sure will upset quite a few fans, including me. I am hoping that, perhaps, they will resolve this (I doubt they will in the new movies which will take place in the new universe) but perhaps someone wil write a new ST novel where (for example) Old Spock finds out "his" Universe still exists & goes on some adventure to return.

  • @GeneralGrin but it didn't. the prime timeline STILL EXISTS.

  • @ClingingMars how do you know?

all future movies will take place in the new timeline so what makes you think the old timeline still exists somewhere

  • @GeneralGrin because your DVDs weren't magically erased.

  • Emo Spock=EPIC FAIL

  • lol that was awesome!

How the DS9 crew just didn´t care at all when the STXI trailer showed up.

Fits perfectly, cause that movie is not! Trek worthy imo.

  • Great ending like usual ^_^

  • The feeling is mutual

  • that $h!t was retarded funny!

  • I always wished ds9 had at least one movie. it was my favorite series

  • I loved the crash at the end! Abrahams really got on the good captain's nerves there :P

  • If they wanted to be different, they should have made 11 about Riker on the Titan or something else accepted and established as canon compliant. I'm with Picard on this one.

  • what a happy end XD

  • LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow Hilter, Sisko and Picard hate the new stat trek. I wonder what the borg have to say abou tit.

  • Sisko's antsy because it's been five minutes since he punched someone.

  • @KevServo

Yeah....that's more proof he's a better Captain than the new Kirk...thats why the next movie needs to be Kirk and Co. VS Q...."Captain Sisco punched Q, I'd like to see you do better, Kirk...make the movie"

  • rightio then

  • Nero: James T Kirk was a great man but was another life"

    Picard: NOOOOOOOO

    SMASH

    Data: pleasant dreams sir

  • I like the movie just fine, and I also have a sense of humor. Picard at the end was the best. "NOOOOOO!!!! smash"

  • Dax's reaction right at the start gets me...!

  • check the way o'brien looks at dax , hes thinking what a moron lol

  • The best part was Picard at the end screaming "NOOO!"

  • Neomp5

    Get a life

  • @snow2waves

yeah, that's about thwe general approach taken to this movie. rather than being respectful to the series, do the reasearch and make a good film, they launched a media smear campagn against the series and fans. "get a life, quit being such a nerd, this isn't the 60s anymore old man, this isn't your father's star trek". well, it's not star trek at all.

  • I loved the new movie but that was freaking hilarious!

    Sisko says: I've seen enough.

    Chief O'Brien says: There's more.

Sisko says: I couldn't care less!

Nero says: James T. Kirk was a great man but that was another life.

    Picard says: NOOOOO!

    *And Picard breaks the viewscreen.*

    Lol.

  • I had just watched the other one before this...so the ending just about made me fall out of my chair...

    lol

  • Yet another reason why Sisko is THE MAN!!!!! Very funny.

  • AHAHAHAHHAHA

    YOU ROCK M8!

    Great video!

  • "I've seen enough."

    "There's more."

    "I couldn't care less!"

    lmao this video is hilarious

  • HAHAHA "NOOOOO!"

I think I just bruised a rib XD

  • LOL

  • Ending was EPIC!! About fell out of my chair

  • lol "but the klingons might want to know!"
