Stock springs or TRF dampers with yellow soft springs, rally block tires, inner shell, cut out the skid plates and buff the wheel hubs.

What are skid plates and what do you mean when you say "inner shell"? By "stock springs" do you mean I can leave it with the friction dampers and silver springs it came with from the factory?
