The funny thing is that there are customers out there who really do behave this way. As for the employee reactions in this video, that's how we feel inside our heads, but we can't express it if we want to keep our job. I hate that s*** too when you just finish cleaning an isle and someone decides to be lazy and throw something on the floor.

i loved the elctronics part. i work in the electronics dept. at a k-mart and i've heard the "do you work here?" question i don't know how many times. i've wanted to react this way sometimes too. lol
