You can hear the valves are off, nice awful tick sound when he started it up. Nice vid. Although this vid won't help those that want to do this cuz you start in the day and end up in the pitch black night. haha

yah, it sure gets dark quick these days around here it seems. we started at 6:30pm, and finished at 8pm.

That is actually not as bad as I had expected, I have an 89 FZR600 and it takes about the same time start to finish if I'm taking my sweet *ss time (and that's 20 valves not 4 :P)

@gooserex .....he said the valves clearance were UNDER spec......meaning they are tight, so how do you figure they are making any noises. what u hear is normal valvetrain sounds. Valves tighten as they wear........NOT loosen up and tick. Stop making stuff up to sound like you know what's going on!

The 2nd most important thing to check on your bike is that Robin Vandeveusse isn't sitting on it.  If you find one of those on your bike you can be assured of a high speed crash that will occur between 0 and 3 kph.
