@myez i know of the effects of eating pork, we know that we cant eat pork after having surgery, i ignored that a month ago after having my baby and got an infection on my scar and had to go to hospital. that was after eating pork. I cut pork from my diet and out of my three pregnancies that was the only one i ddint get high blood pressure nor proteine in urine.
To get an infection from pork you would have to do a poor job of cooking it, at that end you should blame whoever prepared the pork you had eaten. All bacteria die when you cook meat for a while over 110 degrees, and water boils at 210 degrees. Infections aren't related to toxins you claim are in pork, but bacteria.
Pork doesn't give you high blood pressure, but how you prepare the meat and how much fat you leave in the meat. Any meat, high in fat, will affect your blood pressure.

As an example, I had eaten pork after surgery on my shoulder and my back. @adam...From a non-religious stand, pork is really not good for us to eat, nor is it very safe. The reasons are many. Working in holistic health I have witnessed many colonics. Pork eaters and those who eat a lot of processed foods, especially breads and sugar have the filthiest colons. Pork festers in the colon and you don't want to know the stench and toxic filth that comes out when people decide to have their innards cleaned out. It's nasty. Raw veg and at least less meat, no pork is the way.

@myez because pork takes 4 hours to digest (not good in eliminating toxines), cow and other animals take 24 hours. a cow has 4 stomachs then most toxines are eliminated during those 24 hours.

Yet, pork has more isoleucine, leucine and valine than beef. Pork is richer in your usual vitamins and minerals and the body's immune system actually benefits due to pork because of the present antioxidants (something with contradicts you saying it is more toxic). It can be leaner than beef, depending on what part of the pig is eaten.
Can you perhaps name a toxin that is present in pork exclusively which is not eliminated through normal cooking?

@myez i know of the effects of eating pork, we know that we cant eat pork after having surgery, i ignored that a month ago after having my baby and got an infection on my scar and had to go to hospital. that was after eating pork. I cut pork from my diet and out of my three pregnancies that was the only one i ddint get high blood pressure nor proteine in urine.

To get an infection from pork you would have to do a poor job of cooking it, at that end you should blame whoever prepared the pork you had eaten. All bacteria die when you cook meat for a while over 110 degrees, and water boils at 210 degrees. Infections aren't related to toxins you claim are in pork, but bacteria.
Pork doesn't give you high blood pressure, but how you prepare the meat and how much fat you leave in the meat. Any meat, high in fat, will affect your blood pressure.

As an example, I had eaten pork after surgery on my shoulder and my back. My doctor made no mention of pork as a food to avoid, but what he did say to avoid was anything high in sugar, caffeine or any medicine directly affecting blood flow. That could result in internal bleeding because of damaged arteries and veins which needed time to heal.
I digress, though, there isn't a medical reason to avoid pork unless you have a specific pre-existing condition.
