This is not autotuned like Nicki Minaj or T-Pain, BUT!!!!!!! You don't need to have a good ear to hear that her voice has OBVIOUSLY been equilized. IT IS OK!! No big deal! It does not mean that she can't sing and if it was the case, she's an actress. Still, she sounds like she does have a pretty voice, but it has obviously been equilized to sound "perfect". If you want an example of what might have been done, search for "Melodyne" on youtube.
