i just did this and the butt workout and i am sweating!! I'm excited cause its hard for me to sweat when i work out. I have to run or push my self super hard. but these workouts are so easy and they do work for me. thank you!
@LauraLondon100 yup,fatty food doesn't give any protein and vitamins, they just turn you into fatty , and healthy food , like vegetables , fruits give you lots of vitamins which are needed for bones and muscles to be resistant to weights/hard workouts... keep it up laura,you're inspiring , keep kickin' and ringin'
got a question i wanna lose about 10-15 pounds how many times should i do this workout to get my results i do this one 2 times a day then i do your other video the standup 12 abs one 2 times a day also.
@cassybos18 Combine the ab exercises with good healthy eating, 3 main meals and two snacks a day plus some strength training, be consistent and 3 months is a good time frame to make good changes in the body.
