Benny Hinn...it's so sad that someone who has the ear of so many people can lead them so far stray. I'm not knocking the charismatic movement or whatever because that's their denomination, their business, but for him to curse anybody who says otherwise is just sick.

They are heartbroken because they have not seen their young grandchildren for more than a year. Up until then, they had a great relationship with their daughter and her family. And this all started at a time when my friend's husband was battling cancer.

I remember seing Hinn deliver his curse on Tv. It is the main reason I don't listen to him anymore.
I found it very distasteful because the practical effect of his "curse" was that it makes him immune to any form of criticism, rational or irrational. To me this was nothing more than a satanic attempt for HIM to make HIMSELF untouchable.

It was not a person. let's not forget that when He hung on the cross he suffered the ultimate persacution. Second, as for Elijah, that was a completely different and unique situation. And he most definitely didn't curse them just for calling him a "bald man".

They are heartbroken because they have not seen their young grandchildren for more than a year. Up until then, they had a great relationship with their daughter and her family. Benny Hinn is not christian. He claims to be, that's where it ends. The root of evil is the love of money and this is where you will find benny and his entourage. Jesus walked and rode on mules to spread the word. Benny hops on his personal jet because "I would be tire easily if I travelled by regular airlines" I'm sure Jesus was constantly tired but he didn't complain. He should try working 60 hours a week working 2am to 2pm 6 days a week and then get back to me about tiring quickly.

I partly agree, comparing w/ the way Jesus lived, BH is different. I am going to "duck and cover" with all of these ministers throwing these curses around. I don't want to get hit by one of those curses..........flee to the mountains amigos. But I do know that Christ will first stop at the Mt. of Olives (at the latter part of the tribulation)..ah, not someone's living room.

I remember seing Hinn deliver his curse on Tv. It is the main reason I don't listen to him anymore.
I found it very distasteful because the practical effect of his "curse" was that it makes him immune to any form of criticism, rational or irrational. To me this was nothing more than a satanic attempt for HIM to make HIMSELF untouchable.
Nothing more, nothing less.
I'm still a Christian, btw. But I hate to think of how many people aren't because of stuff ike this.

First of all I would not leave Jesus because he cursed a fig tree because the fig tree was only a fig tree. It was not a person. let's not forget that when He hung on the cross he suffered the ultimate persacution. Yet he never once utered anything close to "I place a curse on anyone who comes against this ministry." No. Instead he said, "Father, forgive them! They know not what they do."

Second, as for Elijah, that was a completely different and unique situation. And he most definitely didn't curse them just for calling him a "bald man".
In ancient days of Israel a kid, or "youth" as it says in my Bible, was any young man up to the age of 33. Therefore he was not just engaging a group of rabbelous kids but rather what we would call a street gang. His reaction was nothing more than a supernatural response to an immediate and pressing danger.
