Nevertheless, in all reality our court system is based on fraud, is rife with conflicts of interest, is a virtual money tree, and it continues to abuse the Inherent Right's of the people.
There was no relevance as to why the boy was in jail for this present case, which the prosecutor raised with the full support of the judge, what was relevant is why the boy got pulled over in the first place; before the police have any right to pull anyone over, the police must have a valid cause or evidence of a crime being committed.
This is what happens to anyone that accepts the invitation to court....
Conflict of interest becomes evident after one realizes that all these people, save for the accused, do in fact represent the State. Conflict of interest becomes glaring when the so called judge overrules all the abjections of the accused, and then fails to explain why he did so.
I am wondering why you didn't attack the legitimacy of the initial stop? The officer who stopped you had no independent knowledge that you had a suspended license; he was relying on the hearsay statements of two other officers and therefore had no probable cause for the initial stop.
The cop would have had to have witnessed you commit a violation while driving, stop you for that violation, and THEN determine your license status. Am I correct?

The other two officers observation that he was suspended and operating a vehicle was probable cause that an offense was committed and thus a stop to check the validity of the license. This is normal procedure and has been upheld all the way to the Supreme Court.
