I know for a fact that this happens, I use to work at Midway Airlines at RDU, I reported someone and was told that they would handle it. two weeks later another worker for AA  was caught on tape stealing a hunting rifle. people when you travle leave the expensive stuff home. now not all workers are dishonest , but there are some.
