  • Oh my god this is hilarious!

  • Two of the best chefs ever

  • Your mad a shark stake should be washed in a water before soaking in maranaid... You must be from earth, dear god...

  • why don't you just swallow a thermometer....

  • @unix. Chefs are used to hot temperatures :)

  • he keeps pouring in the wine when the chef's hand was over the grill !

  • He used very western spices to cook that shark meat.

  • Always thought Shark meat was horrible because they piss through their flesh?

  • @TheRealAlanPartridge fresh sharks meat smells strange (because of fish fat) when it is raw, but if you cook it - it is very soft and tasty.

  • anyone know when this was filmed?

  • @Britcenturion in 1984

  • fuckin' hell it's like slicing roast beef, ew

  • Mr.Stein is very young compare to latest season

  • man cutting thru the shark skin was HELL!!! >.<

  • Wow Rick is so young but his voice is the same. By the way I think he was being gracious when he said he "liked" the sauce.

  • Damn I love me a nice shark steak, shame they're really only a special treat in my house. Definitely a classic style with the olive oil and lemon marinade on the grill, but I never thought of actually placing dried herbs on there. Would be even better on an good ol' American kettle-style grill, although perhaps a bit too smokey, especially with the sherry and Worcestershire based sauce.

  • stein is wearisome...often quoting books or peddling cliches, his food gets in the way of him being a lucky oaf on a wing and a prayer...add salt, pepper, and a tiresome repetitive sense of wonder at the edible...

  • well, that was nice to see - been many, many years since I saw Floyd cook. Gosh, the memories of my childhood are just flowing back, I must've sat in the living room with my mother and father a thousand times in my formative years, watching his shows.

Oh, and Rick Stein is lovely too - especially his Food Heroes series, that's probably my favourite food-tv series. So comforting, somehow.

  • I would've punched the dude with the bowtie in the head if he started that fire while my hand was over the grill!

  • @MrParkerOnDaBeat One part of that sentence was correct: 'The Dude'. Keith Floyd is, and forever will be our first and foremost, most favourite T.V chef, of all time, ever.

  • @so1ange I don't care if he was the prime minister of England lol, that fool turned the heat up TWICE while his hand was over the grill!

  • Keith and Rick are kings

  • rick stein with hair!

  • lol i was expecting to see a load of hippie protest comments xD

  • you didn't burn it ! nice cooking level 94 + wow

  • @Erannzz im only 81 cooking xD 89 dung tho :P

  • @UrDadIsMoist Nice bro!

  • @Erannzz thanks :D

  • they didnt even wash it.

  • the guy with the sweater seems a bit hostile towards the chef.

  • @AkuzaGhost the guy in the sweater or Keith Floyd was one of the most respected chefs from the UK, unfortunately he passed away a couple of years ago.

  • @Salamovic

just saying, he seemed hostile towards the other guy.

  • @AkuzaGhost he's not hostile he's tipsy!

  • legends of king arthur fuck me

  • I think the cameraman is called Richard. He addresses both Rick Stein and Richard the cameraman in the video. Simples.

  • the shark steaks looked dry

  • Why are they speaking of weight in pounds? That's awesome! I usually can't understand that stupid stone shit.

  • @RightWingCon81 There are 14 pounds in a stone, not that hard.

  • @TheDangad have you ever tried to open up those stones to get to the pounds and buy some stuff with it?

  • 7:45 Now he's coming back at him calling him Rick, not Richard. God- what a pussy the way he dodges around his ego like that.

  • @campbpar I think Richard is the camera man

  • @campbpar Calm down.

  • @LordLolinghamThe3rd Watch your mouth assbag, you're getting fresh.

  • 5:10 Are you fucking serious? Richard just dissed him here- the guy doesn't know his bounds fucking with his recipe.

  • 3:15 What a fucking smug piece of shit sitting there spying and judging with his little bow tie.

  • Bryan Badonde reminds me on Keith Floyd here hahahahaha

  • What a joy to see again !! I tried shark a couple of times and I am still yawning. Monkfish however I find delicious, best I think as gougons, French fries and a garlic mayo dip ! Yummy. A brilliant pair.

  • that shark looks so dry

  • these two people I love

  • @Rmg12 love people these two I

  • Wash the Blood and slime of the fish before putting it into the marinade!!

    yuck.. disgusting.

  • Keith Floyd accomplished something few other chefs could do; he made English food look delicious.

  • wow its crazy how the japanese chefs are far superior with these ingredients.

  • two of the best tv cooks, love them both, r.i.p floyd.

  • make sure it's fennel and not hemlock

    - right! :)

  • i've eaten both monkfish and shark. Monkfish is a cheap nasty kind of fish and they're ugly ass you can see. Monkfish taste really dry for a fish, did not care for it. Shark on the other hand.... is extremely good probably one of the best fish that i have had. Mako shark i had which is very good a thicker meat, tender and really good.

  • @Archmetal06 yeah your right.love seafood but i really dont like the horrible texture of monkfish.

  • hmm i would of washed the blood off b4 marinating!!

  • This guy's voice just makes me zone out and not pay attention

  • @SomethingAwesome19XX Are you referring to Stein? How dare you, Sir (or madam).

  • wash off the blood fuckers

  • Fish cheeks...one cheek for Madame, and another for guest of honour.

Why oh why am I reminded of Hannibal Rising when he said cheek.

  • Comment removed

  • "The Cheeks"

Did anyone else think of the movie with Hannibal Lecture when he said that? ha

  • Sharpen that knife for F sake.

  • The only 2 tv chefs I can actually stomach.

  • Ah they tucked in nicely at the end, must have been very nice :D

  • hmm sharks...
