@LeahandAnax If having an ED isnt a choice then rates of EDs should be aprox the same around the world; but thats not the case, EDs happens in the west where being thin is considered attractive. The reason I call girls who want to be frail thin dumb is because it goes against basic survival instict; to risk one's life to look a certain way is not very smart; a smart person deals with their problems in more constructive aways; seek help from an adult you trust if you want to recover --good luck

It isn't vain, it isn't just a fad. People who are like that are wannabe's, people who actually want to get an ED.
I would do anything to recover okay, but it's a horrible, horrible vicious circle.
The people who 'choose' for this to happen to them are wannabe's as some people call them, for me, it just happened.
And btw, I'm not dumb.
