Every step of the way. Firstly, numbers don't lie. Jordan is better in almost EVERY facet of the game. Secondly, watching video comaprisons - I think Jordans athletisicm was far superior and he could do far more spectacular things that Bryant. Do I also need to mention, he also did it in his sophomore season, overtime and all, against a Celtics team that has 4 out of the 5 starters in the HOF. There are certain aspects of Kobe's game that is stronger than MJ's was and visa versa. Kobe had a better handle but Mike was stronger more imposing. The truth is, that there so close it's amazing. Funny thing is when MJ retired I thought we'd never be having this discussion but it's good for the league that we are. My choice; MJ but Kobe is his shadow.

Kobe bryant is the last of a dying breed. He's my generation's Michael. In a league that's more competitive when Michael played. Also, playing less minutes, he does a lot of damage. I think Michael is the better of the two from a physical standpoint.. but kobe has The highest IQ of any ball player I've ever seen. I just hope his career isn't overshadowed. He deserves his own statue outside of Staples..Carried Jordan's torch. And Kevin Durant is going to carry their legacies.

Every step of the way. Firstly, numbers don't lie. Jordan is better in almost EVERY facet of the game. Secondly, watching video comaprisons - I think Jordans athletisicm was far superior and he could do far more spectacular things that Bryant. Kobe based so much of his game on MJ's - yet it's not up to the same standards as Mike's.
Kobe's a legend, but he'll never be better than Jordan.
