You might want to note that this is the Yuukyuu no Tsubasa 07 .mix, the one used in the anime, which is sung by Yumiko Nakajima (Yuuko). This is actually a remix of the original Yuukyuu no Tsubasa which is used in the game, ef: The First Tale, and is sung by Hitomi Harada.

Oh, also, it's the ending to the last episode in the first season, "Memories," not "Melodies."
