hey bigredmonster25 watch your phucking mouth when you call taylor a bitch,i dont know what crawled up your ass in order to insult taylor im an ol country boy raised by my momma down in ALABAMA and we dont think kindly to someone disrespecting any lady, girl or woman...so if you ever find your ass lost somewhere in ALABAMA be sure to tip your hat to the lady folk and keep a moving, keep your comments to yourself bigredmonster25BITCH
Loretta's music is so great because its real. Its got meaning cause she lived it while bitches like Taylor Swift sing whats put in front of them. Its nothing more than a paycheck to her.
@bigredmonster25 Taylor Swift is very talented. She writes much of her music, plays several instruments and puts on a fantastic show. No need to disrespect an artist who you don't care for in order to show your appreciation for Loretta Lynn.
@dlhpkw And how old are you? I dont like any Country music made after the year 2000 so that includes Taylor Swift. Its all annoying. I grew up on country so dont think for a second that I dont know anything about country.
@bigredmonster25 don't you think that is age appropriate for her??? you want an unmarried, barely out of her teens young girl singing about marriage and babies running around?? give her time to live and grow and mature, then maybe she'll come out with something more to your liking.
She looks so happy and beautiful when singing her music. It was a way of Life for her and she sang her Life through her songs. What a wonderful woman God Bless Her!!!1
A #1 hit for Loretta Lynn on the Country & Western charts. This was the 223rd #1 C&W song of the Rock Era. It also hit #1 on the Canadian RPM Country Tracks charts.
This song makes me think about all the kids she had before she got famous and how she wasn't around to raise them.. Show business is a sad deal when you have a family.
@dollypartonmania I'm 13, and i've loved her music all my life :) she makes me just that much prouder to be from Kentucky. She's definately one of my favouritest singers of all time.
I love Loretta Lynn. I've seen her 4 times and every time it has been wonderful. Even in her 70's she still rocks the stage like no other. I love you Loretta keep rockin' it!
if a person is feeling depressed here is a good medicine for you to take that will put you in a good mood, love ya the all time orginal queen of country music Loretta Lynn
Does anyone know the title of the song she sang, it has a line in it something about, where the dimple will be on the baby.. My mom said that song was so cute and she just loved it when Loretta sang it, but I have no idea what the title is. Would appreciate any help. Thank you.
@P4tience I think they meant it was easy for her to retain her direct attitude and country charm after she made it big. This is just a guess mind you but it appears that it's the point they're trying to make. If that's the case, I couldn't agree more.
I worked as a dishwasher in a truck stop in the early 70's and this song played 24-7. This woman has more "real country" in her than all the present day country singers put together.
I remember as a kid swimming in a creek in Hurricane Mills, We used to look up at the big house on the hill. Back then she lived in it but you couldnt tell by looking at it. Those were some good days.
The best part of this video is seeing Conway Twitty introduce her. He's my favorite country singer ever and the most underrated one ever. I do believe that this song was written when the twins were younger because I remember her saying that when the song came out the twins didn't like it because of that last part.
@A1l2l2e2n4 Actually, her twins were born in 1964, just not quite a year after Patsy Cline died in 1963. She named one after her sister, Peggy and the other after and in honor of her best friend, Patsy Cline.
