Would they really ask all these questions? The guy is an elder at their church or "kingdom hall", and he fully knows premarital sex is taken seriously by the denomination. The only thing left that i don't get is why does this guy still want to hang around in that organization considering his views?
If you're going to make fun of a judicial committee, then you should make sure that it's accurate. First, I've noticed that this "elder" has a beard, and Jehovah's Witnesses don't wear beards; secondly, judicial committees are held by three elders, not just one, and finally, the elders wear full suits in judicial committees.
This is EXACTLY how it goes. Anyone who says ANYTHING contrary to the WT principles or shows any doubt about the accuracy of their policies and teachings will be dealt with. Also, if you aren't comfortable with the line of questioning during an elder's judicial meeting you are told that you have unrepentant attitude. There is no need to get as graphic as an elder's meeting gets. All that is needed is to know if I am repentant, and I don't need the elders intervention in this matter.
People just can't believe that the elder's ask those types of questions. If it had been a sister she would be disfellowshipped for an even lesser offense. It's crazy but even an elder that has been your life long friend can act just like that in a Judicial meeting.

@nelandlynn94 Being disfellowshipped means one actually does know how it goes. Logic fail.
