  • this is how truly how I felt with my ex-girlfriends mother, it was the exact same thing. At least my savior was my '74 Ghia w/ an auto stick!

  • The mother was late getting out anyway, plenty of time to drive away in a four-door.

  • lol

  • I'd like to build one with a wankel.

  • This is the real way to make less to more.

  • i bet he gave her the shocker

  • So...no back seat for "special use"...

  • @legrandcharles well...

if you want a "special use", your girl will love plays with the shift...

  • I had a 69 Ghia that hauled , I though it had a rear seat with a back that folded down, but it's been awhile. It was one of my favorite cars, 1835cc, DeOrto 40, counter weighted crank, and the list goes on and on. I like to think Dr. Porsche would have approved. It'd do 110 or 115 flat out, depending how I had the carbs jetted.

  • ONLY 2!!!

    HA HA HA HA

  • i love the body, definitely a classic.

my dad had this car in college, he loved it. i want to buy him a restored one for his 60th birthday in a few months

same spec, red with a white interior :)

  • @an50331 I have this EXACT car, swear to god...but it's not for sale.Good luck.

  • Do you also have an EXACT like that mother-in-law? Sell her as soon as you can!

  • @beetlejuice150 hahaaahahaahahah

  • @joebudoe You have the one in the Ad? Wow Love the old VW's My aunt had a 1974 Super Beetle, It was red with gray inside. That was the year the car would not start unless you put your seat belt on. My dad had a 74 Caprice, he always wore his seat belts anyways...he had them put in when it bought his 57 Chevy Bel Air. It had the 283 I think with the Power glide. I sure wish we had kept some of the cars we had from when I was growing up.

  • i have a 1961 karmann ghia...in the progress of making it look better.

  • i have a 70. i absolutely love this car. i wanted an older one but could find one for my budget but sooner or later.

  • not possible, unless the body is ruined

  • My drama teacher once had a Karmann Ghia. He told me that it had only two major problems:

    1. When you got to highway speeds, the light front end of the car lifted up a little bit.

    2. It once caught on fire. I'm not making this up.

  • well that's a bit scary! 0_0

  • I agree. That's why he currently drives a 1970s Alfa Romeo sedan (bought while on a trip to Italy).

  • That's why you carry a fire extinguisher on board. And it's why I do just that ;]

  • she can fit in the boot

  • I actually had sex in a Ghia. My GF pissed all over the seat. It was her mom's car and mom had a fit. After that we could only have sex on the picnic table which we could wash off with the hose.

  • ohh really? well that's nice. any other cars you're gf has marked her territory on?

  • Girls will be girls

  • yor bitch girlfriend did it in my capri as well, the filthy gushing slut. mm i luved it

  • If I ever see you in my town I'm gonna smash your ride. Bro!!!!!!

  • How much of a loser can you be?

  • other than the one where its trying to get through the papor this is my favorite

  • Dangit! I accidently gave this a 2!

  • Was that narrarator Paul Lynde?

  • What year was this aired?

  • Haha! I've used my two seater (914) to my advantage before.

  • HA! Awesome!

  • I was hoping to see this one again! !

Another clever ad from VW! Andy you are correct, it's very funny.

    Thanks again beetlejuice!
