We are winning and fight with tools have the same beat for a reason: to give continuity and transition to the album. They are variations on the same THEME. It's like saying that lyrics from "there is a war going on" show up in "fight with tools" or that the same music is in Pink Floyds "Another brick in the wall 1", "Another brick in the wall 2", "Another brick in the wall 3".
