How long do you let the turkey rest before you carve? i often hear with turkey that are roasted that you rest them the same time as you cook them (you keep them covered with al-foil in a warm place).

@petepuma69 Hey Pete, I didn't use my outdoor fryer due to the rain showers. I had a backup plan my new Butterball Fryer. The turkey was so finger licking good. I hope you had a great & safe Thanksgiving. Bud
@redparkme thanks for the feedback! how did yours come out? i tried a new brine this year a few weeks ago to test before today and it came out amazing!!
@Buddy69Love Thanks! let me know how it comes out. remember to turn that flame off before putting in bird and temper it in, don't rush it if it bubbles over the heat of the burner will catch fire.
