This actually could work and be awesome with cheats.

First, actually test run the thing.

Make all the spartans have the best upgrades, and have them as greeks.

Give the persians no upgrades, only use human sodiers, and make them egyptians.

Use cheats to spam flaming weapons and bronze armour for the spartans

THE 300 movie was partly correct the spartens did fight the persians with 300 men but they were massacared in minutes

They were not hoplites, they were Helots, the spartan's slaves. They served to the spartans and every spartan had 2 or 3 helots at his service. In total(aproximately) 600 or 900 helots and 300 spartans.

Maybe thats true, however what few ppl know is that it was about 10 000 soldiers on spartan side (mostly athenian troops) at the first 2 days. Leonaidis saw that the persians we´re coming and send his troops away in regiments, so that the persians wouldnt see it as full retreat and attack. Finally it was: 300 spartans, 1000 athenians left. So you should always the remember the 1000...
