both are very similar, the sunset strippers one has a slightly more electronic beat.

the reason for both versions are simple.

Sony would not release the sample for "Waiting For A Star To Fall" by Boy Meets Girl, and eventually gave sunset strippers the permission to use it, effectively cutting out the cabin crew version which was remixed first. Eventually cabin crew re-recorded the lyrics themselves and eventually saw a release of the track.
