  • Dang YouTube never put this one in my sub box! It looks scrumptious!! Thanks, Di! You could probably use just a crescent roll pkg. and seal the seams, yes?

    LOVE these recipe vids...more, more!

  • you and your husband look so beautiful together. I hope in years me and mine will be the same! Love You Videos!

  • Diana, I suck at dough too! I made Italian Easter Ham Pie again this year....what drama. I bought the fresh dough from the pizza shop, it was beautiful. But it freaked me out! And I was all proud cause I rolled it....big deal! If you want the recipe let me know, it comes straight from family in south Philly from many years ago. OMG you two would LOVE it!

  • I love how you keep saying "I SUCK AT DOUGH"!!!!

Listen, it doesn't matter how it's supposed to look, as long as it's tastes delicious! And I was hungry after the video, so you sold it to me!

  • I love ideas like this Mz Princess :D They're so flexible. I think i'll use thin sliced deli meat, well drained sourkraut, white cheese and thousand island dressing to make a reuben bake. *waves to Frankie*

  • This seems awesome. For a college kid like me it'd seem simple and easy to make especially when hungover from the night before!

  • Sounds like you're having a good time at college... I envy you :)

  • @PrincessDiana161 I am a Freakin' 14 year old and I LOVE to cook because of YOU!!! Thanks for posting the MOST AWESOME cooking videos EVER!!! Thanks, Di!

  • I swear! you and Frankie are the Best!!

  • Thanks :)

  • fried onions, mushrooms and tomato's maybe, with the egg n bacon

  • Diana. i love the knives you use!

you & Frankie are adorable. (:

  • I got them on QVC... they're really sharp too!

  • you are so the best. It looks great and so do you!

  • Thanks! :)

  • Since the eggs are already scrambled, wouldn't they be dry cooking it for the 2nd time?

  • Not if you leave them a little runny :)

  • chicken breast + ham + swiss cheese + chives

  • Not good with dough either..

    Yummy looks great :)

  • Don't feel bad. I suck at dough also. Now, my mother could make excellent pastry, bread, biscuits and donuts and she learned on a wood stove!

  • That must have been something working on a wood stove like that. It's amazing the things we take for granted these days huh?

  • this looks great. You are always so crazy in your videos. I think you're naturally drunk XD ... jk ;)

  • Natural highs rock :)

Lots of coffee helps too LOL

  • hey i think i could make this! i don't care how it looks, just how it tastes ;)

  • That's the spirit!!!

    (((HUG)))

  • One of the tricky things with that kind of dough is it has to stay cold - the butter in the layers of flour cannot melt before getting to the oven or the dough will be tough. Stop patting and touching it so much! A light hand is best with dough and not over mixing too. Looks tasty and it's great that there is a product out there to help people feel more comfortable with dough. They giving you a cut of profits from the plug you gave? :-)

  • Nah, not getting a cut on profits. Thanks for the tip...but it was so much fun to pat it! LOL

  • your really good it looks excellent

  • you guys are so cute together!

  • Thanks :)

  • Bacon is bad for me! I love bacon! Now I have to make this recipe!

    Thanks! :-)

  • You can have it without the bacon sweetie. I love bacon too!!

  • WOW Diane that second one came out like a pro! and by the way you and Frankie are a great couple, and Frankie if you reading this tell her to make our pasta fazole!!!! I'm dieing over here :-)

    Love you guys.

    Johnny

    New York

  • I have to get his moms recipe... I keep forgetting to ask her when I speak to her. But I promise I will next time :)

  • This looks like fun! And a great idea. I've never thought of using that prefab dough for making anything like this, but WHY NOT. And the variations? They're endless. I lit up when you mentioned kale in the 2nd one. I'm a total kale phreak! Love the stuff. And I have a recipe for kale soup that's so good it'll make you go crosseyed. LOL

  • Frankie adores Kale... I like spinach or escarole better.

  • This is my favorite kinda food! Mmmmmmm!

  • Oh my goodness that looks so good!! I'm gonna make this for breakfast this week. thanks!!

  • Love that!!

  • Looks like a winner. And your viewers came up with some ideas for variations!

  • I know... I got some great ideas reading the comments too :)

  • LOL he's such a kidder

  • Dough doesn't hate anyone...the key is to handle it when its fresh out of cold refrigerator..I make homemade dough alot and love to play with it:)making cinnamon rolls, pockets of all kinds, breads, rolls ect...Its such fun! It makes the whole house smell nice

  • I'm gonna practice with it more and make it my friend :)

  • Mmmmmmmm, looks so good! I'll have to be brave to try dough though. I love your channel, it's such a nice approachable way to cooking! Plus I love your accents ^^

  • Looks Awesome.

  • I was thinking cream cheese as a filling would be good...like making a cheese danish!

  • OOh great ! now that JJ saw this he wants me to make it for him for breakfast...THANK YOU DIANA !! : P

    Looks great..

    **Kisses**

  • Make it for JJ!!

(don't worry JJ Titi has your back!)

  • funny and creative as always :D

  • Awesome presentation once again! You have made me hungry! I will try this since my daughter's love a variety for breakfast instead of just a bowl of cereal.

  • feta cheese would be great in there along with the eggs n bacon bits,.....,maybe some sundried tomato's

  • This looks so yummy!! Think I might have to try this :)

  • Okay, You're GREAT with dough!!!

And this looks YUMMY! I'll have to make it!

  • Love you Gina!!!

  • That looks so yummy! Mmmmm...bacon!

  • That is an exceptional breakfast samwidge Diana. Need some heat in with those eggs though, perhaps some hot banana peppers. Your tata's made me drool. I know it's sacrilege, but if you nuke your lox for a few seconds, it takes the oily edge off of them. Bust them over top of a toasted creamcheese bagel and voila. Crazy ass good! Great breakfast vids.

  • Hey if it makes it taste better I'll try it :)

    Thanks for the tip!

  • It looks yummy but it's a bit too fiddly in the morning for me. I might give it a go though. Looks tastey! :)

  • mmmmm bacon. that looks so delicious. i love it. :)

  • Bacon Rules!!

  • I can relate to the "dough hates me" remark. Every pie crust I've ever made from scratch looked like a quilt, like I went into a bakery and begged left over pieces of dough.

  • It's a conspiracy... I am totally sure of it!

  • it looks beautiful and you are a goddess

  • It looked delicious! I love your videos!

  • See how you are! The second one was PERFECT! Dough IS tough. it would take me 10 tries to get it that perfect. The warmer the dough is, the harder it is to work with for me. Thanks for sharing!

  • Dough hates me... but I plan to make it my friend whether it wants to or not lol

  • Diana this looks delicious. I own a cookie business and I work with dough every day so may I make a couple of suggestions ?

When you are crossing the dough if you will brush the bottom of the strip that you are crossing over it will seal it to the piece under it and hold it in place. Second, with all your kitchen gadgets I can't believe you don't own a cookie spatula. They are very large and will easily transfer something like that to the pan. I am going to make this for breakfast tomorrow..

  • Thanks for the great tips... I will definitely look for that cookie spatula!

  • Love it! And you and Frankie are soooo cute!!!!!

  • Thanks :)

  • Well that certainly looks yummy! And very easy to fix too. I'll have to give that a try sometime.

  • Glad you liked it Blinkie :)

  • i thought you were cutting with a carrot for a second.

  • It does look like a carrot LOL

  • YUM Breakfast stromboli!

  • Looks yummy, and you can take that to go in the morning on your way to work too! Oh btw I love that necklace, I want one where did you get it?

  • It was made for me by a dear friend :)

  • u guys are so hilarous i love both of u guys

  • Yay! We got to See Frankie! Lookin Good Frankie!

That looks really good! I love all of the different ideas also!

I am going to try this soon!

You stole my line; "It looks bad but it will taste good anyway"! I say that all the time.

I am not good with Dough at all! I am good at eating it, but not working with it. It is like an art.

    You did good Diana!

This is a great Sunday brunch idea with Champagne! I am serious!

Thanks for the great video, although the rolling pin scared me.

    Brent

  • Its scares Frankie too LOL

  • Ok I will be making this really soon. :)

  • Really Frankie no cheese? I like cheese, cheese makes everything better. So glad it's not Marta Stewart I've never made one of her recipes that have come out right. I do something similar with chicken and peppers, cheese and BBQ sauce YUMMY.

I am making this for breakfast tomorrow.

    Thank you!

  • Martha's recipes aren't always budget friendly either. I do love making Barefoot contessa recipes...they always come out great :)

  • OOOOOh!!! Now how did you know that I was going to do a Out Cooking PrincessDiana161 video on breakfast you just wait now ;-] mikma was here

  • Bring it!!! I'm ready!!

  • The interaction with Frankie is definitely what adds a really cool touch to your videos. You two make a great couple for videos! 5 stars for both of you. :)

  • Thanks :)

  • Such a great idea....once again! Can't wait to make it! Love your videos :)

  • yum!!!the brunchy type of sandwich thingy looks so good!!

  • I Love the way you and Frank interact together. I enjoy mixing Pesto in with my scrambled eggs before cooking them. Loved the stuffed french toast and so did my Family I'll have to try this one some time :)

  • Thanks... glad you liked it :)

  • So it looks a little funny, but it probably tastes delicious so that's all that matters right?

  • That's what Frankie says all the time :)

  • Thanks!!

  • I'm just AWFUL with dough! It's so delicate!

  • Me too!!

  • Thanks Dianna and Frankie what a clever idea!! Do you put eggs in with the kale one

  • No eggs in that one, just some hot sausage

  • Hot sausage... hehe.

  • Five Stars!!

  • WOW...loving this idea! You can make all kinds of stuff with that Pillsbury stuff!!

  • I miss you (((HUG)))

  • That looks good will sure be making one for the hubby and son next weekend.

  • Ohhh..I totally forgot that I knew how to do that! I used to make it with the Crescent dough though and brushed some butter and sprinkled it with seseme seed. I had burger and onion and a little garlic in there. Bet spinach would be good too.

    Looks Delish as always! C~~

  • I love all the ideas I get from the comments... Thanks!!

    Hi Frankie.

Great camera work as always. :-)

  • Thanks... he did do a nice job :)

  • Yummy!! you know what I did with the dough from the biscuits? I flattened the dough and made bite size kinda dumplings filled them with cram cheese and chopped pecan nuts,,, they were so good as a snack!

  • Did you ever have those pastries with meat in them... it's like a puff pastry. I use to buy it years ago in a spanish bakery and I've been searching for the recipe like mad.

  • I know what you are talking about, I will ask my mom what they are called and see if I can get you the recipe :)

  • Are you talking about " Empanadas"?

    I am from Argentina.

We do this all the time.

It´s like a dough filles with meat...but we have like a million fillins now!

  • looks delicious, it will break up once you eat it anyways .... :o)

  • I LOVE that bread... maybe I'll make it this year :)

  • I am going to try that for my husband. I think I will try to make a couple little loaves that he can take to work. He goes to work at 5:15 so he likes to wait and eat his breakfast at work.

  • My guess is, you're gonna be one popular wife. I would loove to unpack a breakfast like that:-)

  • ManthaStewart uses that dough to make stromboli. He never makes enough. It goes REALLY fast. His kids tear that sh*t up. and yes, you ARE perfect. lol. I have to get out there so we can make a couple of things I've been saving.
